Hey, thanks for stopping by.
My name is Victoria Turner and I’m lucky enough to have grown up in the spa town of Harrogate. Voted the happiest place to live three times in a row, it’s been dubbed the jewel of North Yorkshire and always has something going on.
This little corner of the internet not only reports on what’s going on in Harrogate but is also brimming with restaurant reviews, supports local businesses, and is a flower press for my memories, carefully collected and preserved. My life isn’t limited to Harrogate, so you’ll often find my recent adventures in in Yorkshire, Europe and the rest of the world.
I’m just about to embark on a big house move, from my own small one bed apartment to something much bigger with my boyfriend, Niki. The blog will be full of helpful hints and tips I pick up as I tick off my moving house checklist, follow #theharrogategirlsbigmove for more.
With a background in events, I wouldn’t be me if I wasn’t organising my next get together. Harrogate Tribe organises fantastically fun events for locals. Events range from big fashion shows and shopping nights, to workshops and meet ups. Harrogate Tribe helps you to connect with your local town by working with great independents and Harrogate businesses.
If you have any questions about The Harrogate Girl, Harrogate, Harrogate Tribe, or just fancy a chat please drop me an email. I really would love to hear from you and will always reply – it’s the Brownie-Guide law!
