You may have driven past the Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate and wondered what was going on. Looking at pretty as a picture the grounds are now home to a beautiful tipi.
“This isn’t just a simple tent on the lawn though…no, that wouldn’t do for us! This is, as people have come to expect from Cedar Court, pretty exciting – it’s a full-blown Tipi and we are very excited about this new addition! As we have erected it on our grounds, right on the edge of historic Harrogate Parkland, we have called it ‘The Tipi on The Stray,’’ says Wayne Topley Managing Director of the Yorkshire based hotel group.
Afternoon Tea Experience at the Cedar Court
As of today (Saturday 4th July), you can be enjoying a Beer, Prosecco or you can have a full-blown sumptuous Afternoon Tea experience cozied up next to the fire. The beautiful, fairy light Tipi can hold 38 (safely distanced) people inside and has further outside seating for 34 other customers; but booking in advance is essential. The Tipi will be Tray Service only, with all food and drink ordered via an App and paid for on contactless terminals. Afternoon Tea is just £23.00 per person and children are welcome too at just £10.00 per child.
Family Bubble events and dog friendly in Harrogate
The hotel has already seen an influx of Private Bookings for ‘Family Bubble Events’…which is incredible given the fact we’ve only just put the Tipi up!’
It’s also dog friendly so your pooch can tag along for the experience too.
