The Devonshire Arms is a place I have loved to visit over the years and, with a recent visit to it’s gorgeous boutique spa, it’s lovely to see the spa launch a holistic and 100% natural, organic spa treatments and products, designed specifically for those living with, and beyond, cancer.
The Jennifer Young range of holistic treatments and products enables those who have or have had cancer to experience the same access to high quality, restorative spa treatments as they did before diagnosis.
Spa treatments developed with the NHS
‘The Defiant Beauty range’ was pioneered by Jennifer Young, born from her experience and expertise in nutrition, micro-biology, beauty therapy and product development, as well as her frustration in witnessing this gap in the spa market – Jennifer is one of the leading UK authorities on post-cancer care. It was developed in collaboration with NHS, oncologists, nurses and patients themselves. Historically, it was often the case that at this most needful time for self-care, those affected by cancer were often turned down for spa treatments due to a lack of appropriate resources and skills to provide a bespoke solution.
