So today a rather large package arrived for me from Jet2holidays.com. I got rather excited at the prospect that they may have packaged up a white sandy beach. Alas no but they did send me some rather good goodies!

Yoga on the go:
I love yoga and miss it so much so, I hope this is the kick up the backside I need to get back on the yoga mat. As I write this blog I have my St Eval candle which smells delicious, very zen.
Food to make you feel good:
