What is the Harrogate Homeless Project?
The charity runs a homeless hostel on Bower Street, which houses 16 people and acts as an emergency refuge for rough sleepers in accordance with the ‘No Second Night Out’ scheme.
They also run a day service called Springboard in Harrogate town centre, providing food, shower facilities, activities and one-on-one meetings with support workers that are designed to help rough sleepers get the help and advice that they need to get back on their feet.
If you’d like to know more or would like to volunteer email david@hhphostel.org for more information.
