The pandemic which has swept the nation is undoubtable stressful for us all but some may feel fear and anxiety about the situation and it can become overwhelming. Coping with stress will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger. Here’s some more advice on how to reduce your anxiety at this time:

Just ‘B’, part of Saint Michael’s, has launched the Hear to Help helpline to provide support and advice to those who are feeling anxious or struggling with their emotional well-being. Hear to Help will be available to everyone between 8am-8pm, seven days a week, and will be staffed by specialist support workers. The service starts on Monday March 23 at 8am,  by calling 01423 856799.
